Practical Information
- We do not provide recorded videos of the classes. All classes will be run in real time.
- All classes will be taught in ENGLISH mainly. However, FRENCH can be used when necessary.
- When following Sejong Korean classes (1, 2, 3, 4), you need to pass 4 kinds of exams (Listening, Speaking, Writing, and Reading) and attend 70% of the entire course to receive a certificate.
- When following Sejong Korean Conversation classes (1, 2), you need to pass 2 kinds of exams (Listening and Speaking) attend 70% of the entire course to receive a certificate.
- You are not sure which level of Korean are you in? Do not worry! You can try taking an online level test for your reference

As a new student, it is not possible to start from Sejong Korean 2, skipping Sejong Korean 1. To do so, you are obliged to submit the result of the online level test.(ex. I am a new student though the online level test result advises me to register from Sejong Korean 3 – POSSIBLE)
- If you are completely new to learning Korean without knowledge of the Korean alphabet, you are advised to register for Sejong Korean 1
- When following Sejong Korean Conversation classes (1, 2), you need to pass 2 kinds of exams (Listening and Speaking) to complete the course.
- If you are a beginner in learning Korean but have knowledge of the Korean alphabet, then you are recommended to register for Sejong Korean (Sejong Korean Conversation 1) (it will not provide Korean alphabet lessons)
- You can still register for Sejong Korean 1 although you do know the Korean alphabets. However, then you need to follow Korean alphabet lessons in Sejong Korean 1 classes.
- In the case of Sejong Korean (Sejong Korean Conversation 2), students who completed Sejong Korean 2 and students who passed Sejong Korean 2 are advised to register.
- Textbooks are not included in any fees. You can buy the textbooks here and here.

- As a KISB student, €20 annual registration fee is required.
- Annual registration fee can be paid once a year (ex. if you paid the fee in September 2022, then the next payment is September 2023)
- Every classes’ tuition fee is €180 (except the fee of Sejong Korean Introductory class – tbc)
- Korean adoptees can receive 50% of the tuition fee as a scholarship.

For new students
- Registration period: starts from 11 January
How to register?
- When the registration starts, fill in the required information and submit your form.
- Calculate the total amount of fee you need to pay according to your current situation.
- New students always have to pay the annual registration fee of €20 + tuition fee
- For a current KSIB student, please bear in mind whether you need to pay the annual registration fee or not.

- Your registration will be successfully completed once you receive a confirmation mail from KSIB.
